This picture is the only one for which we did not ask for permission to use in the collection. Taras Shevchenko presented his portrait to Varvara Repninii, who later left for Moscow - since then the portrait has remained there. We do not need permission from a country that has been striving to destroy everything Ukrainian for centuries. This is our conscious position. Ukrainian culture and history cannot be taken away as long as it is known and valuable to us. Let this scarf become a way for you to reveal your position and complement everyday and special images.
